Meet the Team!

Bob Burnett

Bob has been in the Roofing Industry since graduating High School in Roseville, CA. He worked with well established roofing companies, absorbing knowledge that only hands on experience can provide. After many years, he decided to move to the Bay Area, where he attended the Contractor’s State License School and took the C-39 test and passed with excellent scores. In 1999 he started a successful roofing business. Due to the great recession in 2009, and no construction work available, he decided to go back to Virginia to work for his Father’s business. After his return to California, he started the family business back up as All n All Roofing.

Tanya Burnett

Tanya has a degree in Business Management from UOP and a minor Accounting from UC Berkeley where she worked as the Assistant to the Dean of Public Health and in the Student Loan Services. In 2007 she was hired by Stantec Architecture as a Project Specialist and has worked on many large projects such as: Facebook (Various locations), Google (Various locations), Twitter, DocuSign, Kaiser Vallejo & Vacaville, SFO Terminal 1C Renovation, Jack London Square, Oakland, CA, Nikko Hotel, San Francisco, CA and the Oakland Army Base – Port of Oakland.
